Recipe: Salted Caramel Latte: For Brain Gains, Watch The Video

A salted caramel nootropic?! Yes please. This recipe contains our favorite nootropic blend, Neural Nectar. The adaptogenic herbs within this blend will bring stimulation through your cerebral cortex, without the overt stimulatory effects. Ginko will bring increased circulation to the brain, supporting neurotransmitter production, whilst toning your heart essence - boom. With the sweet addition of the extra creamy and beauty-boosting SuperFeast Tremella, this latte will boost your day like nothing else!

This one goes out to all our student friends, or anyone wanting a brain boost, without the caffeine. Talk about those #braingains. This is fantastic in the AM, to get your day pumping and off to a strong start. OR, what a wonderful afternoon pick me up, when you want to reach for that little sugar hit - this recipe will bring you that sweetness without the blood glucose dysregulation. Oh and did we mention this latte is DELICIOUS too.

Let's go:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 - 1tsp SuperFeast Neural Nectar
  • 1tsp SuperFeast Tremella
  • 1 heaped tsp mesquite
  • 1tb coconut oil (ghee / grass-fed butter are nice alternatives)
  • 1/2tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp maple syrup
  • Salt
  • 1 cup boiling water

Right now when you get both of the mushies in the recipe you can get a third mushie to try for free!

Method

Put all ingredients into blender and blend! Pour into your mug and top with a small sprinkle of salt. Enjoy
