Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • On August 1 - 6 Beauty Blend will be 20% off 100-gram jars and 250-gram bags while supplies last
  • On August 7 - 13 every order over $150 will get a free 50g Schisandra while supplies last
  • On August 14 - 20 Tremella will be 20% off 100-gram jars and 250-gram bags while supplies last
  • On August 21 - 31 every order over $150 will get a free 50g Beauty Blend while supplies last
  • Sale prices will be honored during the sale period. We regret we are unable to refund or apply advertised discount for purchases made prior to or following stated sale dates and times.
  • Affiliate discounts, gift cards, and other discount codes will be active throughout the sale.  Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  • Free Shipping with order of $75 or more

  • We only ship to USA and Canadian addresses.

Route Insurance

Typical waiting times for delivery are as follows: 

  • We only ship to USA and Canadian addresses.  Our facility is in LA, California.
  • Standard Shipping to Mainland USA: typically 4 business days from placing your order.
  • Expedient Shipping to Mainland USA: typically 2 business days from placing your order - if your order is received by 11am.
  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: typically 10 business days from placing your order (no expedient shipping option available)
  • Shipping to Canada: given customs, we are unable to confidently predict delivery times for our Canadian friends.  However, we would recommend allowing up to 20 business days.

Orders, Cancellations, Edits & Changes

  • Orders are submitted for processing as soon as you make payment.
  • We regret that cancellations and order amendments can not be guaranteed following the placement of your order.  It is, however, worth contacting us as soon as you can - as there is usually a small window of opportunity to intercept orders if the error occurs during our Customer Service hours.
  • If you require a change, upon delivery of your order, you can return your items via our usual returns policy (see Returns & Exchange).
  • Requests for exchanges or refunds will incur shipping charges.
  • Discount codes MUST be entered at the checkout.  We regret that we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes to orders, nor are we able to process refunds for unused codes.  Please ensure you enter these via the payment page.  **NOTE** avoid the 'express checkout' service if you have a discount code or gift certificate, as this does not allow for codes to be entered.
