Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • 15 to 35% off all products, site wide!
  • Offer available until 11:59 pm, Monday 29th November (PST)
  • While stocks last
  • Discount percentage may differ between products and sizes
  • Sale prices will be honoured during the sale period. We regret we are unable to refund or apply advertised discount for purchases made prior to or following stated sale dates and times.
  • Discounts are subject to change throughout the sale.  The published discount at the time of purchase is what will be applied to your order.
  • Newsletter Subscription Sign Up and Friend15 discount codes are not valid during sale period.
  • Affiliate discounts, gift cards, and other discount codes (other than those stated above) will be active throughout the sale.  Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  • No rainchecks.
  • We only ship to USA and Canadian addresses.

Route Insurance

  • Given the nature of shipping at this time of year, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND our customers take out ROUTE INSURANCE on your orders!  Route insurance provides additional cover for lost, damaged, stolen or miss-delivered purchases.  See our Orders & Shipping Information page for more details

Shipping

During seasonal peak holiday times (BFCM and throughout December), typical waiting times for delivery are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping to Mainland USA: typically 7 business days from placing your order.
  • Expedient Shipping to Mainland USA: typically 4 business days from placing your order.
  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: typically 10 business days from placing your order (no expedient shipping option available)
  • Shipping to Canada: given sales season and customs, we are unable to confidently predict delivery times for our Canadian friends.  However, we would recommend allowing up to 30 business days during the holiday period.

We are only shipping to USA and Canadian addresses from our facility in LA, California.

 

Orders, Cancellations, Edits & Changes

  • Cancellations and order amendments can be made for up to 12 hours following the placement of your order.
  • Failure to cancel or amend your order within the 12 hour timeframe will result in your order being fulfilled.  Upon delivery of your order, you can return your items via our usual returns policy (see Returns & Exchange).
  • Requests for exchanges or refunds AFTER dispatch will incur shipping charges.
  • Discount codes MUST be entered at the checkout.  We regret that we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes to orders, nor are we able to process refunds for unused codes.  Please ensure you enter these via the payment page.  **NOTE** avoid the 'express checkout' service if you have a discount code or gift certificate, as this does not allow for codes to be entered.
