Introducing SuperFeast Dì Dào Reishi capsules, to accompany your most profound inner work.
It’s never been so easy to dance in the realms of your own potential.
Many of us work with reishi to tame the monkey mind, support immunological strength and cultivate deep sleep. Reishi, the queen of the mushrooms and great protector, is so much more than that.
This herb accompanies the practices that bring us back to our truest selves. Illuminating the shadow like no other, reishi mushroom gives you the strength to sit within the discomfort and allow transformation to take place.
As far as we are concerned we want to see more people on reishi.
Less war, more reishi.
Reishi is by far the most revered herb in the Taoist tonic herbal system and is regarded by ancient herbalists as the ‘mushroom of immortality’. Modern herbalists love reishi for its powerful adaptogenic qualities. Reishi is used to support the immune system, relieve both physical and mental stress, strengthen the spirit, calm the mind and promote peaceful sleep.
Immortalised throughout Chinese art, temples, statues, and paintings, reishi mushroom was held in the highest esteem amongst Chinese royalty and is surrounded by many legends over the past 4 millennia. In China, reishi is known as ling zhi which means 'spirit plant' or 'tree of life mushroom', the folklore surrounding this magical mushroom describes the reverence the ancient Taoists had for this life-enhancing herb.
Reishi really is a supreme protector on every level;
spiritually, mentally, physically and immunologically.
By now many of you know that we absolutely love tasting our tonic herbs. Experiencing the flavour profile of the herbs we work with allows us to connect deeply with the healing qualities the herb has to offer. The sensory and nutritive information the body can access via the sensation of taste is a wild and magical process. Although the longer we share these tonic herbs with the world around us, the more we understand that
- Not everyone loves tasting them
- Some people just prefer the convenience of a capsule
These are both pretty fair points, and at the end of the day, we just want to make sure you are experiencing the amazing benefits this special mushroom has to offer!
If you are new to the world of tonic herbalism and medicinal mushrooms and aren’t yet acquainted with the Queen herself, then allow us to introduce you.

Herbal Commentary:
Reishi’s capacity to nourish Shen is the reason why it is the most revered herb in the Taoist system. To learn more about the Shen, read our article ‘The Three Treasures - Jing, Qi & Shen’.
With the ability to enter four of the five major organ systems and tone all Three Treasures, Reishi is a truly impressive herb that earns the top position above ginseng in the Shen Nong Materia Medica, the oldest and most esteemed herbal text of Chinese medicine. The Shen Nong praises Reishi as “the most superior of all herbs”.
Despite having such a wide reaching action on the body, it is simply the herb’s ability to alleviate stress, calm the mind and promote vitality (especially when used in conjunction with a spiritual practice) that affords it such a powerful reputation.
Western research attributes this to increased immunity along with nervous and endocrine system regulation. However in Taoism, it is Reishi’s synergistic impact on various organ systems, particularly the Liver (Blood), Lungs (Qi) and Kidneys (Jing), that allows it to have such a potent and nourishing impact on the Heart Fire, actions that calm and strengthen Shen.

FAQ’s
Can I take SuperFeast Reishi if I am pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
Yes!
Reishi is used to fortify immunity, adaptability, and hormone health and offers the nervous system deep support. In the Eastern tradition, there is a concept of “reishi babies”, this is a beautiful peaceful quality observed in babies whose mothers took reishi during and after pregnancy.
Of course, each herb's appropriateness for each individual must be assessed on the level of the individual. There is no one-size-fits-all rule that any herb is safe for everyone. Please consult a herbalist or practitioner who can assist you if you are not confident making this decision on your own. As pregnancy is a very individual journey; your health care provider will have a more comprehensive scope of your medical history and your unique situation.
When will I see results?
This is very subjective as we all have unique body systems, so there is no cut-and-dry answer. When you experience results will depend on your level of internal awareness, constitutional sensitivity, and current health condition.
Benefits may be felt immediately or it may take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month for you to feel the shifts within your body. We’re all about consistent action taken with intent, with space left for your health to unfold in a way that is unique to your own individual life path.
Tonic herbalism is all about consistency, with benefits accumulating over time. Longevity in the practice cultivates longevity in the body, and as long as you are taking the herbs they will be working their magic for you. We recommend consuming one or more of our products regularly for at least 30-100 days to really allow the medicine to unfold within your system.
