#30DaysofJING Diary July 12-18

 

July 12

Happy Monday! Today is my day in the office at IndyFringe, my other job. I literally need all the energy I can get for the day since I have an hour and a half commute to work. 


I woke up half an hour late, which is the first thing that went wrong. Then, none of my nice work shirts were clean. I had nothing business casual to wear to work. So, I had to run to the nearest store and get a few new work shirts. By the time I got home and dressed I had no time to make lunch. I did not want a repeat of last week, where I didn’t eat lunch and had no energy for like two days, so I stopped and got some chicken tenders. I have been trying to eat less processed food and eat for energy and not convenience but I just didn’t have time for that today. I ended up getting meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight with my grandma. My grandpa is out of town so I am keeping a close eye on her. 


I’m surprised I have so much energy today with everything going on. 


Energy levels: My energy level is medium-high today. 

Sleep quality: I slept deeply for about 10 hours last night. 

Clearness of thoughts:I had no brain fog today. 

Productivity: My productivity was high today. 

Water Intake: 40 ounces

 

July 13

Well, life took a wild turn last night. Long story short, my boyfriend and I broke up. I slept in super late and woke up at 11:30 am. I wasn’t a complete mess, but it wasn’t the greatest day ever. Additionally, I woke up to no wifi and it did not turn on till 9:30 pm. So, I got no work done today for either job. Instead, I got dressed to the nines, did my hair and makeup, and took myself on a date to my favorite Mexican restaurant. 

 

Afterward, I helped my grandma around the house, then came home and cleaned. I was surprised by hownot miserable I was today and how I actually accomplished a few things. 

 

Energy levels: My energy level is high today. 

Sleep quality: I slept deeply for about 11 hours last night. 

Clearness of thoughts:I had no brain fog today. 

Productivity: My productivity was medium today.

Water Intake: 60 ounces

 

July 14

My body has been requiring a lot of sleep lately. I’m not sure what it is, but I am honoring my body and letting myself sleep if need be. Today was a mundane but good day. I had lunch with family, work, errands, and meetings. Nothing big to report.

 

I have had a lot of energy, which I am in love with. It is so different from what I have been feeling lately and I love it. I truly think JING and Neural Nectar are a big part of why I have so much energy lately. 

 

Energy levels: My energy level is medium-high today.
