He Shou Wu Coffee Recipe
He Shou Wu, also known as fo-ti, is a tonic herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. When combined with coffee, it can provide a unique and delicious way to start your day. I personally love to pull a double shot of espresso and then add chaga tea to make one cup of mushroom coffee, but a cup of organic coffee works just as well.
Why He Shou Wu?
He Shou Wu is a tonic herb that has been used for ages to promote longevity and vitality. When combined with coffee, it becomes a powerful elixir. And did you know that He Shou Wu is an amazing herb for hair growth? It can reduce premature graying, protect the hair from damage, improves blood circulation in the scalp, stimulates the hair growth cycle and has anti inflammatory properties.
In addition to its potential health benefits, He Shou Wu has a rich and complex flavor that can complement the bold flavor of coffee. Adding grass-fed butter to the mix provides a dose of healthy fats that can help you stay full and focused throughout the morning.
While He Shou Wu coffee may not be for everyone, it's definitely worth a try if you're looking for a new way to enjoy your morning cup of joe. Who knows, it might just become your new favorite drink!
