Lions Mane Blueberry & Raspberry Jam (Recipe)

Lion's Mane has been used for centuries by herbalists and monks to enhance concentration, memory, cognition and to support nerve growth. Lion’s Mane supports the brain and nervous system, boosts digestive health and assists cognitive function. Indulge in this delicious jam knowing that Lion’s Mane is said to give one “nerves of steel and the memory of a Lion”.

 

Ingredients

    1 tsp Lion's Mane
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    Pinch salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

     

     Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    2. Reduce jam mix on a medium heat for about 30 mins or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    3. You're ready to go!
