Description

SuperFeast QI (Chi) blend brings together the most revered Taoist herbs to enhance the bright, circulating energy that animates the body, building daily Qi and the capacity to live purposefully.*

The ingredients in this adaptogenic formula are traditionally used to tonify Spleen Qi, the energetic system linked to strong digestion and lightness in the body.* Ancient Taoists turned to the herbs in QI Blend to strengthen digestion and ease occasional bloating and indigestion.*

Through the maintenance of this overall gastrointestinal health, aka digestive fire, a fundamental life force is circulated throughout the body so that mental fog can become clarity, and fatigue can become vitality.

QI Blend is also traditionally used to support healthy immune function and the Heart, an essential organ of Qi circulation.*

Philosophically, Qi is the second of The Three Treasures (in between Jing and Shen), the fundamental energies that drive body, mind, and spirit. If you think of Jing as the building of your energetic candle, then Qi sets it alight into a bright, roaring flame.

If you feel as if you’re lacking spark, twisted up in the gut, or weighed down by who-knows-what, then it’s time to let these storied ancient herbs and mushrooms work their magic.

FAQs

QI Blend brings together Taoist herbs used to support circulating energy, digestive strength, and vitality.* It helps tonify Spleen Qi and Lung Qi, two key organ systems in Taoist herbalism that govern the transformation of food into usable energy and its movement throughout the body.* This blend is taken to ease occasional bloating, support digestive function, and build daily energy across all stages of life.* By supporting these organ systems, QI helps cultivate the capacity to move through life with fluidity and purpose.*
Yes. QI includes herbs used to regulate Stomach Qi and ease occasional abdominal distention and indigestion.* These functions are especially important when digestive weakness shows up as heaviness after meals, sluggishness, or a feeling of fluid build-up in the gut. By tonifying the Spleen and supporting gastrointestinal health, QI Blend helps restore a lightness in the body and promotes more efficient digestive energy throughout the day.*
Yes. QI is designed to support the body’s capacity to generate and circulate energy throughout the day.* By strengthening Spleen Qi and Lung Qi, the blend promotes vital Qi, the kind that gives rise to mental clarity, physical strength, and daily endurance.* Many people find QI helpful when recovering from periods of fatigue, depletion, or digestive weakness. It builds energy from within, rather than providing a short-lived lift, making it ideal for those seeking long-term restoration without overstimulation.*
Yes. Several herbs in QI, including Astragalus and Codonopsis, are traditionally revered for supporting healthy immune function.* These herbs have long been used to strengthen the body’s protective Qi, known as Wei Qi, which acts as the body’s energetic boundary.* By supporting digestion, energy levels, and organ harmony, QI helps the immune system maintain its clarity and resilience.* It’s a powerful formula for building up the system from within, especially during recovery or seasonal transitions.
In Taoist herbalism, QI Blend primarily supports the Spleen and Lung organ systems, which together manage digestion, respiration, and the movement of Qi throughout the body.* These systems form the core of upright energy, helping to lift, transport, and nourish the entire system.* The formula also indirectly supports the Heart and Liver.* The Heart governs the circulation of Qi and Blood, while the Liver is associated with flow and flexibility. QI works harmoniously through all four systems to encourage daily vitality, digestive strength, and emotional clarity.
Yes. QI is non-stimulating and can be taken in the morning, evening, or both. Morning use helps support circulating energy, digestion, and grounded momentum for the day.* Evening use is great for digestive recovery or to support the body during fatigue cycles.* Because QI works by tonifying foundational energy systems, consistency matters more than timing. Many people find their own ideal rhythm, such as adding QI to morning tea, post-lunch tonics, or after-dinner broths.
Some people notice improvements in digestion, bloating, or afternoon energy dips within the first few days. For deeper energetic support, such as rebuilding Qi after ongoing fatigue or digestive depletion, effects typically accumulate over a period of consistent use.* As a tonic blend, QI is not designed for quick bursts, but for long-term replenishment. Daily use allows the herbs to build energetic momentum, support organ systems, and nourish the body’s capacity for sustained vitality.*
Yes. QI is made from Dì Dào (地道) sourced tonic herbs, all carefully selected for long-term use. It contains no fillers, stimulants, or harsh ingredients. It’s designed for daily integration into your health ritual. As always, if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, check with your healthcare provider. But for most people and in most cases, QI can be taken year-round as part of a lifestyle that prioritizes core energy, digestive strength, and immune resilience.
