Ultimate Coffee Replacement to Heal the Adrenals (video and recipe)

JING IS DANDY RECIPE

When your adrenals need a break from the caffeine but you want that beautiful bitter taste in a morning brew, we have got you covered here! We love coffee here at SuperFeast, so if you are having coffee in your life, you can also add a big teaspoon of Jing Blend to your Cup'o'Joe :-)

JING is a mix of 6 tonic herbs for the Kidney organ system and adrenals. It helps restore the core energy of the body to give you long term energy and stamina; but it’s not a stimulant. The JING energy is like the power in your batteries (the Kidneys).  If you’re burning the candle at both ends or are always stressed, you will leak this precious energy. Taking Jing herbs is a way to restore and replenish the Jing, keeping you from being overly tired, exhausted or burnt-out and makes you feel generally epic from the roots up.

Ingredients

1 cup dandy blend (roasted dandelion and chicory root) brewed tea (still hot)
    1 tsp JING
    1 heaped tsp coconut oil
    pinch sea salt
optional: if you like sugar in your coffee add maple syrup or stevia to taste

    Method

Blend in a high-speed blender or whisk over a low heat in a saucepan until combined. Enjoy immediately.

The Year of the Yin Metal Ox

by Tahnee McCrossin February 15, 2021

In Chinese folklore, the story of the Ox is that she was a star, removed from the heavens by the gods and goddesses to help humans. The gods and goddesses told Ox to help humans cultivate enough food to eat every three days - but Ox got muddled and told the humans she was here to help them eat three times a day - oops! For that reason, Ox has been helping humans by working all day long to ensure we produce enough food to eat regular meals.
