JING is a mix of 6 tonic herbs for the Kidney organ system and adrenals. It helps restore the core energy of the body to give you long term energy and stamina; but it’s not a stimulant. The JING energy is like the power in your batteries (the Kidneys). If you’re burning the candle at both ends or are always stressed, you will leak this precious energy. Taking Jing herbs is a way to restore and replenish the Jing, keeping you from being overly tired, exhausted or burnt-out and makes you feel generally epic from the roots up.
- 1 cup dandy blend (roasted dandelion and chicory root) brewed tea (still hot)
- 1 tsp JING
- 1 heaped tsp coconut oil
- pinch sea salt
- optional: if you like sugar in your coffee add maple syrup or stevia to taste
